All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our courses remain the exclusive property of Agile Leaders unless otherwise stated. This includes:

• Course curricula, presentations, and training materials
• Website content, design, and functionality
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Software, tools, and digital resources
• Assessment materials and evaluation frameworks

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use course materials for personal learning purposes
• Download materials specifically designated as downloadable
• Take notes and create personal study materials based on our content
• Use knowledge gained for professional development and application

This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our materials without explicit written permission.

User-Generated Content

By submitting content through our services (feedback, questions, discussions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content for educational and business purposes.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cyprus courts.

Mediation

Before resorting to formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation with a qualified mediator in Cyprus.

Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
